Trillectra AI is a UK company that builds Artificial Intelligence systems for organisations, trains the people who run them and carries out applied research with universities and industry.

We design, build and run AI for customer support, document processing, forecasting and internal workflows. Each system is scoped around one measurable problem, integrated with the tools you already use and handed over with the monitoring needed to keep it working.

Our story
Trillectra AI does three things that are usually done by separate organisations: it builds AI systems for clients, trains the people who build and run such systems, and carries out applied research. We keep them together on purpose. Client work keeps our teaching current, teaching forces us to explain clearly what we do and why, and research gives us methods we can test on real problems.
The company is led by Michael Fayemiwo, PhD, a computer scientist and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy who has spent his career moving between research, teaching and delivery. We work with clients and partners across the UK and internationally.
About Trillectra AITechnology matters when it changes what people can do. Our job is to make Artificial Intelligence useful, safe and within reach for the organisations we work with, and to leave behind people who can run it without us.
Starting out in data and AI?
Two things we run alongside the main programmes. The mentorship programme pairs you with a practitioner for weekly guidance, a project plan and frank feedback. The Data & AI Career Reality Session brings together people now working in the field to explain how they got their first role and what they would do differently.

TechAccess NI: Connecting Local Talent to AI and Data Jobs
Trillectra AI leads TechAccess NI, a TechLocal project that gives people in Northern Ireland employer-led AI and data training, mentoring and a route into local jobs. We deliver it with Ulster University and the Artificial Intelligence Collaboration Centre (AICC). TechLocal is part of TechFirst, the UK Government's tech skills programme; Innovate UK administers the grant. The project runs from July 2026 to March 2027.
