1. Overview

These terms apply to your use of Trillectra AI websites, products and services. By using them you agree to these terms.

2. Use of Services

You may use our services for lawful purposes only, and you agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer our systems. You are responsible for any content you provide and for having the right to upload any data you share with us.

3. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in Trillectra AI products, services and content belongs to Trillectra AI or its licensors. You have a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services as described in the relevant documentation or agreement.

4. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Trillectra AI’s liability for direct loss is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss.

5. Governing Law

Where you have a signed commercial agreement with us, the governing law is the one stated in that agreement. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trillectra AI’s principal place of business is located.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect information you give us (such as contact details and account information), information about how you use our services, and technical data such as logs and device information. We collect only what we need to run and improve our services.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide, maintain and improve our services, to keep them secure, and for research and analytics. Our lawful bases for processing personal data are performance of a contract, legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.

3. Sharing and third parties

We share data with service providers who help us run our services, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention & security

We keep personal data for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. We protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures and review our security regularly.

5. Job applicants

If you apply for a role, we use the details and CV you send only to assess your application and contact you about it. Applications are received by email and held in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. If you are not successful we delete them within six months of the closing date. See the notice on the application page for more.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Send requests through the contact page.
