Two part-time programmes for people who want to do this work professionally: Data Science and Generative AI. Both run on Vecorra, our training platform, where every lab is a JupyterLab notebook already set up with its data and libraries, and both are written and taught by practitioners who build these systems for clients.

The programmes

16 weeks

Data Science Programme

Sixteen weeks, part-time, from Python, SQL and statistics to a model you have built a pipeline for, evaluated, deployed and explained, finishing with a consulting-style capstone and a team challenge set by an employer. Fourteen sections and 114 hands-on labs.

Generative AI Engineer Programme

Sixteen weeks, part-time, from Python to deployed Generative AI systems: prompting, RAG, agents, evaluation, safety and AWS, with 93 labs, a capstone and a real employer challenge.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Enrol

    Create an account on Vecorra and pay £699, or the first of 4 monthly payments of £174.75. The material is yours for life; the lab environment for six months.

  2. Step 2

    Start

    Open your JupyterLab workspace. Every lab is already set up with its data and libraries, and an AI tutor is there for the first question.

  3. Step 3

    Train

    Work through the lessons and labs at your own pace, with a quiz per module that explains every answer and your trainer a message away on the platform.

  4. Step 4

    Finish

    A capstone you have built and can demonstrate, a team challenge set by an employer, and preparation for the Vecorra certification exam.
